Several possibilities are offered to you if you wish to dine at the hotel, among them the opportunity to do the market with our chef Thierry Bouhier upon reservation.

 

"La Table d’Olivia” welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday.
Menu from 77 Euros per person (excluding beverages)


Our restaurant will be exceptionally closed from Tuesday 27th to Saturday 31st of October 2015 (included).


A desire for tomorrow evening?

Before leaving for visiting in the morning you can let us know your wishes for a diner the next day at "La Table d’Olivia” (Let us find the time for you and we shall take care of you around a menu especially prepared for you: a flavor of yesteryear, a dish that evokes memories, a specific diet, or simply a desire …). We will find you the best products at the market from our local suppliers.


Your market basket

We will gladly lend you a wicker basket... ...and it will be on you, to make a choice from the port, the fish and the covered market and upon your return our chef will assemble your discoveries. Fish, sea food, meat and vegetables in the purest of Ré culinary traditions or in accordance with your suggestions.


a late arrival at the hotel?

If you are leaving for the evening in La Rochelle or Sainte, if you will be arriving after 11PM, don’t hesitate to let us know, we will prepare a table for you according to your desires.
